Looking for someone to brighten your life? Look no further! Sunny is a happy-go-lucky boy who is always eager to be out and about. Greeting his favourite people with a waggy tail and kisses galore! He is absolutely beautiful with greyish brown fur that is still fluffy with soft puppy fur. His floppy ears, wide brown eyes and cheeky smile have made him a favourite among his carers.

In the sweltering Macedonian summer, with temperatures soaring to 40°, we discovered a small puppy named Sonny seeking refuge under a tree. Abandoned, tied up, and without food or water, he seemed to have lost all hope. Despite locals being aware of his plight, they showed no interest in helping him, dismissing him as “not cute enough.” However, when we approached, Sonny’s tail began to wag, and he welcomed our affection. He was more than ready to leave with us, leaving his lonely spot under the tree behind.

He is a simply lovely dog. He gets on very well with other dogs in the kennels and loves to play and chase his canine friends, he would be an ideal addition to a home that has dogs already. Sonny would be happy as the sole dog in his future home, we would encourage his owner to seek out walking groups or doggy playdates so that he can still enjoy a social life.

Since he is still a puppy, we will need his future home to be dedicated to his training. Boundaries, routine and consistency will ensure that he continues to thrive and grows up into a well socialised adult.

Sonny has not encountered cats yet but given his young age and gentle nature, we imagine he would be fine with cats if he is raised with them. We are always happy to arrange cat tests for prospective adopters.

Children are no problem for Sonny as he is naturally gentle and patient, we would rehome him with children as young as five.
