Andy is a lovely little man who is hoping to find his forever home.

He was rescued from a kill shelter in Romania and it currently in a temporary foster home in Romania. His fosterer has nothing but good things to say about him!

Andy is only 14 months old and as such, he is still in his “puppy stage”. He is very intelligent and would be an easy dog to train. He has shown himself to be a little bit submissive so we would need his new owner to help build his confidence but he is eager to please and just needs someone to take a chance on him.

Andy walks well on the lead and is polite with other dogs he meets but due to his young age he can be a bit bouncy when he’s excited so we would not rehome him with any young children that he might knock over, he has not been child tested or cat tested but he is gentle natured and very trainable so we believe he would get on fine with either.

While Andy is only a puppy, he is quite a big lad already so we think he will be large size when he is fully grown and will have the potential to be strong if not properly trained and taught boundaries. Those long legs would make him a great running buddy. But at the end of the day he loves a good cuddle just like any dog. Andy thrives in human company and will likely be quite clingy to his new owner.

An ideal home for Andy would be someone with an active lifestyle and a secure garden so he can have his daily zoomies and sunbathe in the summer. He would be a really fantastic companion for his adopters.

Tested as normal for Brucella, Giardia and the 4DX test for tick borne diseases and passed with flying colours. He is a happy, healthy boy.
