If you’re searching for a loyal companion to stand by your side through thick and thin, look no further than Bell. This handsome lad is the perfect sidekick for all of life’s ups and downs. Bell is thought to be mostly terrier with a bit of another breed mixed in, giving him long legs and a more relaxed attitude than the typical terrier.
Bell came to us as a stray and has settled in seamlessly to a temporary foster home, quickly adjusting to the routines of home life. We suspect he may have had a home before, as he picked up crate training and toilet training in no time. But knowing Bell, it might just be because he’s one clever dog! He is highly intelligent and would thrive in a home that can provide mental stimulation through puzzles and training.
With his calm, laid-back nature, Bell would make an excellent addition to most homes. He gets along wonderfully with the other dogs in his foster home and would do well with a canine companion. However, he would be just as happy as the only dog, soaking up all the love and attention. Bell is also very respectful of cats, understanding their boundaries and picking up on cues quickly, so a home with a cat would be perfectly fine for him.
Bell could live with children of any age. He’s extremely gentle and always takes his treats nicely. We do recommend that any children in the home have some dog experience and understand that sometimes dogs enjoy their own space. Continuing Bell’s crate training would be ideal, as a crate offers him a quiet space to relax when needed.
Bell is a truly fantastic young dog who simply needs a loving home to call his own. He doesn’t ask for much – just a cosy bed, some tasty treats, and a good snuggle would make him the happiest dog around.
