Belle is in search of a family to call her own. This beautiful puppy boasts a dark brown coat, endearing floppy ears, and the most delightful white-tipped paws. Though petite, Belle has a sturdy build and would be an ideal companion to keep your lap warm.

She and her sister Ruby were rescued from the streets of Macedonia. At the time of their rescue, they were about five months old, too young to fend for themselves without a mother, so we brought them into our care. Ruby quickly found a home after their arrival, but Belle is still waiting. It’s difficult to understand why, as she is a delightful little lady who just wants to be loved.

Belle greatly benefits from her foster home experience. She’s mastered indoor manners, enjoys the company of other foster dogs, and even welcomes visits from the resident cats. As an emerging social butterfly, she’d relish going on outings with her owner. Belle walks nicely on a lead and is content to amble alongside you, though she may require a little lift into the car for grander adventures, given her short legs.

She resides in a foster home with young children, showing remarkable gentleness and patience. She could live in a home with children above the age of five, preferably with some prior experience with dogs. Her adaptability makes her suitable for various family settings, whether as an addition to a home with existing dogs or as the only pet. At her core, she craves affection and love. She enjoys cuddling, giving stealthy kisses, and would love a spot on the sofa in the evenings. While a crate would offer her a private retreat for some peace, she’s truly a people-dog at heart and would likely grow very attached to her new owner.

She is such an expressive dog and her little face just brings so much joy, her fosterer has nothing but good things to say about her. She really does deserve a forever home, she would make someone very happy.
