Meet Copper, a handsome and affectionate large mixed-breed dog with stunning hound-like features. Copper is searching for a loving home where he can truly be part of the family, enjoying long walks, games of fetch, and, most importantly, cozy cuddle sessions on the sofa.
Copper’s journey began as a rescue in Macedonia before he was welcomed into a UK family three years ago. During this time, he lived alongside another dog under careful supervision. Unfortunately, due to the resident dog’s increasing nervousness, it was determined that rehoming Copper would be the best solution. This decision was not a reflection of Copper’s behavior—he’s been a true gem every step of the way.
Copper is house-trained, walks beautifully on a lead, and would seamlessly adjust to a new home. To minimize stress, he’s still living with his current family while we search for his perfect match. Copper has also visited us multiple times, and he never fails to impress. His sweet nature and excellent manners make him an absolute dream.
Copper is a true gentle giant with a heart full of love. He has experience living with children as young as five and would happily thrive in a family setting with kids in his new home. While he gets along well with other dogs he meets, Copper might prefer to be the center of attention as the only dog in the household—ready to reign as the king of his castle.
This easy-going boy is wonderfully adaptable and would fit into a variety of home dynamics. Copper loves his long walks, but once he’s back, he’s all about finding the coziest spot on the sofa for a well-earned nap. A perfect blend of energy and relaxation, Copper is ready to bring joy and companionship to his forever home.
So, if you’re ready to welcome a loyal, loving companion into your life, Copper is waiting to meet you!
