Ebony is a beautiful little black-furred pup with a sweet nature and a gentle, affectionate heart. While she still has plenty of playful puppy energy, she’s a little calmer than her sister, Onyx, and gains confidence when she’s around other dogs. She’s looking for a loving forever home where she can feel safe, have fun, and enjoy plenty of cuddles.

Ebony and Onyx found their way to us through no fault of their own. Their mum, a purebred black Labrador, was kept as an outdoor dog and was never spayed, leading to the arrival of these two lovely pups. While we don’t know their father’s breed, Ebony shows all the classic Labrador traits—she loves her food, enjoys playtime, and adores being around people and other dogs.

She thrives in the company of canine friends and would do especially well in a home with an existing, friendly dog to help boost her confidence. While she enjoys playing, she’s a little more relaxed than her sister and might be a great fit for a home with a well-balanced dog who can show her the ropes. We haven’t tested her around cats yet, but at her young age, she could likely be trained to coexist with them.

Her forever family will need to be committed to her training and socialisation, helping her build confidence and learn good habits as she grows. Puppies require patience, routine, and structure to become well-rounded adult dogs. Due to her young age and excitable nature, we recommend a home with children over the age of 7.

Ebony is ready to start her new adventure with a family who will love, guide, and support her. With the right care, she will grow into a loyal and affectionate companion.
