This sweet, active lady is looking for a loving home where she can run, play, and feel like part of the family.

Merry is a lovely medium-sized dog with a shiny black coat, mottled with small brown splotches. You’ll often find her flopped onto her side, soaking up the sun—making sure to lean against your legs for the occasional fuss (if it’s not too much trouble, of course!).

Although Merry’s passport puts her at three years old, her fosterer suspects she may be closer to 18 months. She has such a playful spirit and would thrive in an active home where she can enjoy long walks and plenty of playtime in the garden.

Merry would benefit from some lead training, but she’s a clever girl and should pick things up quickly with the right encouragement. She gets on well with other dogs and would be happy to share her home with a canine companion. She hasn’t been tested with cats yet, but this can be arranged for any potential adopter.
