If you’re looking for a partner in crime and a lifelong friend, look no further than Ollie! This fantastic little whirlwind is ready to find a home where he can truly thrive. A handsome chap with a cheeky grin, Ollie loves to show off his pearly white bottom teeth. His tail may be short and stumpy, but that certainly doesn’t stop him wagging it with joy.

Ollie had a lucky escape from a high-kill shelter in Romania, where he was rescued alongside his brother, Arthur. The pair shared a crate and made the long journey to the UK together. Now that Arthur has found his forever home, Ollie is missing his old playmate, so he’s made it his mission to be best friends with all of our staff! While he can be a bit of a handful, we’re more than happy to be part of his journey.

A quick learner, Ollie is already picking up the good behaviours we’re encouraging. He walks nicely on the lead and absolutely loves exploring. As he’s still young, his lead manners will need ongoing consistency, but he’s well on his way to becoming the perfect walking partner. In the evenings, Ollie settles well in his crate, his own cosy little bedroom to relax in after a day of play.

He gets on well with other dogs and would likely benefit from living with a well-behaved companion to learn from. However, his high energy levels may be too much for a very calm or older dog, so we’d recommend a meet-and-greet prior to adoption. We haven’t had the chance to cat-test Ollie yet, but this can be arranged if needed.

Ollie is child-friendly, but due to his youthful energy, we recommend he be rehomed with children who are past the “knock-down” age and have some experience with dogs. He’s sure to flourish in an active household that can continue the great progress he’s made with us. One day, Ollie is going to be an incredible family companion, we can’t wait to watch him grow!

Coming from Romania, Ollie has undergone all the necessary health checks and passed with flying colours. He’s in peak condition, currently enjoying a nutritious raw food diet and thriving on it.
