Teddy is a little lad looking for a new home after his family made the difficult decision to rehome him. He is a charming boy with blonde fur and big, begging puppy-dog eyes. He is a friendly character with a lot of love to give, he’s being rehomed through no fault of his own, he just needs a loving home.

Sadly, Teddy’s owner is finding it hard to manage his needs alongside caring for a new baby. Teddy is a lovely boy who would settle well into a new home given a little time and patience. He is currently staying with his owner to avoid the stress of a kennel environment.

Teddy lives with young children at present, but we feel he would be better suited to a home with older children. He has not previously shared indoor space with another dog, however he is friendly with dogs he meets and could potentially live with another dog following a successful meet and greet.

As a home-based dog, Teddy already has many great qualities. He is crate trained, toilet trained, and walks nicely on the lead. He enjoys getting out for walks but doesn’t need miles and miles of exercise. He would suit an active retired couple or individual, or a younger household where he can happily potter about in the garden and enjoy a nice afternoon stroll.

Teddy has not been cat tested by us, but his owner reports that he is scared of cats, so we would not recommend him for a home with cats.
