Charming Harley is a lovely young lady looking for a forever home where she can finally feel like part of the family and experience all the love she has missed out on. She is an absolutely stunning Labrador, with all the well-loved features of her breed and a beautifully fashionable blonde coat.

Harley came to us after a narrow escape from a Romanian kill shelter. Because of this, much of her history is unknown. From her condition, we can tell that she has had puppies at some point, which, given her young age, likely wasn’t the easiest experience. Despite everything, she is incredibly friendly with people and is familiar with wearing a collar and lead, suggesting she may have lived in a home before being taken to the shelter.

Her paperwork states she is a year old, but given her size, we suspect she may be slightly older. She is an affectionate little wiggle monster, making her quite tricky to photograph as she’s always seeking cuddles and attention! She would thrive in a home where she can get plenty of love—she is an absolute cuddle-bug.

Harley gets along well with other dogs and would be happy to share her home with a resident canine. As always, we recommend slow and steady introductions to ensure a positive experience for both dogs. Having another dog around could benefit Harley, giving her a role model to follow and companionship when her owners are out.

If there are children in the home, they should ideally be over 12 and have some understanding that dogs like Harley may need time to adjust to new surroundings. A crate would be a great addition, offering her a safe space to retreat to when the hustle and bustle of family life becomes overwhelming.

Harley has not yet been cat tested, but we can arrange this for a potential adopter.
